Chasing dolphins at Bais, Negros Oriental!

As promised, here’s a short video clip from our dolphin watching experience when we visited Bais, Negros Oriental. Quick tip: It’s best to visit early in the morning to catch more of these playful creatures. It’s almost an hour boat ride from Bais wharf, you get to see Majuyod sand bar and need to be on the Tanon Strait marine reserve to see these lovely creatures. You get to seem them in pods, and it’s so overwhelming to the point that you want to swim with them. I’m not sure if it’s permitted, we tried to ask the “bangkeros” but they didn’t answer back..haha! Maybe they didn’t hear us, but I’m assuming it’s prohibited, since no single tourist was off the boats at the area.

I already placed the details of this trip on my Exploring Manjuyod post. You may want to visit the page to get the details. 🙂 I was planning to add more dolphin photos but I’m getting some errors while uploading the pictures. :(. No need to fret though, click on the video clip and this would make you visit Bais, Negros Oriental. 🙂

Wow! What a lovely sight to behold! There’s something about dolphins that makes me want to be around them all the time. Apart from they’re cute. They were friendly and like humans… what a great experience you got there! 🙂

Dolphins are truly adorable. Thank you for sharing about this one Kris, never did I thought that Bais has this good spot for Dolphin watching. I once have tried and experienced Dolphin watching way back when I went to Bohol 3 years ago. This will surely be penned on my bucket list. I enjoy watching your video.
