Larena Triad Coffee Shop

Coffee Shops are not rampant in the small, peaceful island of Siquijor, however, there’s this one in Larena, Siquijor is not just any other ordinary coffee shops. This one is located on top of the hill, overlooking the whole island! Instead of a relaxing music playing while you enjoy your food, you’ll be left with a very peaceful ambiance. One our way back to Cebu, we squeezed this one out on our schedule and had a quick stop to check the place out. By looking at the view, I guess we made a perfect decision!

The place looks like a dome, open air for you to appreciate nature while you enjoy small conversations with your friends. You get to choose a small variety of menu. Since we’re on a hurry, we decided to pick something that the crew advised us to take; the bestsellers of the house!

Triad was really worth the visit and I would definitely want to go back if I have the chance to do so. It was not pretentious, their menu is somewhat just like any other coffee shops but tastes great and the service was fast! ..and please, let’s not forget the view, which is clearly a bonus! It’s not along the highway, it’s on top of a hill actually, so if you’re not with someone who’s familiar to the place, ask someone to guide you. 🙂

Having coffee on top of a hill? What more can I ask for? Haha It’s like a dream come true. It’s a peaceful place, indeed. A fast service is also a plus but I guess waiting a while won’t hurt thay much considering a gorgeous nature view. 😊

Carbonara Pasta + Halo Halo are so tempting! And with a view like that, you will definitely appreciate the food more. I hope to come here soon, but siquijor seems to be a faraway place by my budget standards hahaha! Definitely recommending this to friends who are in the area though <3 <3 <3

This cafe looks amazing, with a really nice view! I’ve heard of halo-halo before, but never knew what it is – now I know! It’s similar to Singapore’s version of Ice Kacang 🙂

Triad Coffee Shop is very memorable for me because of many reasons:

    1. The view is a killer! It is simply fantastic! There’s a lot of blue and green everywhere!
    2. The food is awesome!
    3. This is the place I first tasted swaki or sea urchin.
    4. Awesome place to take groufies.
    5. Perhaps the best place to have lunch or afternoon snacks in Siquijor!

I haven’t tried eating halo halo or coffee there yet and I think it would be the next thing I’ll try when I’m back.

Do you agree that the roof looks like a UFO? Do you think it will fly when we are not looking at it Kristylle? Hahaha!
