Wandering Tableau: A Close Encounter

Aside from the love of travel, My partner and I also love taking pictures out of anything that catches our eye. Snaps that I have been collecting while wandering around the places we’ve been to. I am now looking at my drive and realize that I am keeping photos that may have their own story to tell.

This is the main reason why wandering tableau came to life. Tableau in a sense that I’ll be posting images that represents something. This will be a weekly series about some snapshots that have their own story to tell, individual impressions to contemplate, and something that we may deliberate about.

I’ll start off the series with a self portrait with that’s more than just an ordinary image for me.

These were taken at Balamban, Cebu. We decided to hit the road last weekend and found ourselves in the Transcentral Highway. We take some rest of what seemed to be an abandoned area just beside the food house where we had our lunch. We decided to take some quick snaps when this happened. 🙂 A gentle Aspin (Philippine dog), decided to join the session. It was quite heartwarming how the dog went on my direction, looked at me for a while, then have her head shoved on me, asking for a gentle pat on the head. It was a close and quick encounter. A reminder that affection can always radiate from every living thing in life.

Dogs… The only animal on earth that love us more than they love themselves. They always have a way of finding the people who need them and fill the emptiness we didn’t even know we had.
That dos seems really friendly though.

Everywhere I travel, I always interact with the local dogs more than people haha. One time, I gave this certain dog a biscuit and it kept following me wherever I go. Dogs are such a blessing. <3

The dog looks really cute and doesn’t really resemble a pure Aspin. Just remembered our poor doggie who has been stuck in his mini house; we can’t let him out because it’s been too muddy the past few days!

When I looked at the picture I totally thought this was your dog. It looks so natural. I love these pictures. I like making photos as well at places I bump into. Abandoned areas are the best!

It’s little, but sweet moments like these that really stick with me during trips. Dogs are truly delightful creatures. We’re all so lucky to have them in our lives.

Animals especially dogs have thats attitude that if they like someone, they will really will not hesitate to approach and give you a palambing effect. If I may ask do you have a pet dog?

I know this place in Transcentral and the rock formation just amazes me. The dog is cute and I liked that instead of getting upset and bark, he even became your instant friend. Dogs are really amazing. 🙂

Dogs are just perfect. Whatever did our species do to deserve them? Why would even other countries eat them? They love us more than themselves. I’m really emotional when it comes to dogs.

Truly dogs are actually the sweetest animal ever. This made me miss my dog, I wish to see him again. The good thing that you drop by at that eatery or else you won’t see that dog. I will begin checking my old photos as well.
